Core of the TOMMI:

The children jury

Children have the last word at the TOMMI!
At TOMMI, children and young people decide

Every year, the TOMMI looks for a children's and young people's jury to determine the award. Children and young people aged eight to 16 apply to take part in over 50 libraries in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Between 3,000 and 4,000 children and young people take part every year.

Play, test and have fun
For weeks, girls and boys conscientiously test the quality of games and digital educational offerings on computers, consoles and tablets. They record their results and ratings in writing. No adults are allowed to interfere in the jury's decision - because children always have the final say in the TOMMI.
