AER Memories Of Old (Daedalic)

2018 | PC Games | Nominees |

Here’s what the expert jury had to say: This dreamy adventure takes players into ancient ruins, high into the skies, and deep into lovingly crafted landscapes. Because the mystical game world is threatened by darkness, a shapeshifter embarks on a pilgrimage to save the land from ruin. The controls are kept simple, allowing players to explore the game world freely and without time pressure. The game stands out from many others of its kind and features an innovative design. Transforming into a bird opens up a wealth of new possibilities.
