What Educators Say:
Kids love dinosaurs, even though they’re so big and scary. The Dino Dino app offers a well-structured, educational overview of the variety of dinosaurs, how they lived, what they looked like, and what else they did. The app is available in a variety of languages, so almost all children around the world can enjoy it. As is typical with apps like this, kids have to do a lot of scratching to unearth the fossils and learn more about them. They can also color in their favorite dino, compare its weight to other animals, or simply do a puzzle. This makes the app appealing to almost all age groups. An exceptionally beautiful and informative app for children that effectively combines learning about dinosaurs with playful elements. Note from jugenschutz.net: On the app’s overview map, there is a link to the merchandise store with the prompt “Buy here.” Although this link is protected by parental controls, such a purchase prompt is out of place in an app aimed at children.
