Here’s what the expert jury has to say: Fans of building-strategy games rarely find what they’re looking for in the app store. Now Kalypso has taken pity on us and lets us build Sims-like skyscrapers full of bustling tenants in a streamlined version of the PC game. The goal is to start small and build increasingly luxurious structures. But watch out! The tenants have high expectations, and if you’re not careful, you’ll quickly blow your budget. Fortunately, there are plenty of side quests that bring in extra cash. Offers many hours of fun even without add-ons.
