Pierre, the Labyrinth Detective, is the likable hero of a Japanese “hidden object” picture book series that has been successfully adapted into an interactive experience with this charming rendition. The character must navigate through various hidden-object settings, solving different detective puzzles and finding objects and people along the way. It’s not always easy, but it’s usually varied: sometimes you have to find your way horizontally, and other times vertically. It’s a game that really draws you in: to reach your goals, you have to read clues and figure out paths. The objectives are always presented in sequence.
