1st place - My Animal Clinic (Braingame Publishing)

Here’s what the kids’ jury had to say:“My Animal Clinic” is a game we would have loved to keep playing forever. The better we take care of the animals, the faster they get better, and our reputation as a veterinarian improves. It’s fun to use the money we earn to buy new things like instruments or books. These purchases are worth it because, for example, they make the exams much more accurate. At first, only rabbits came to the clinic. But later on, cats, dogs, and pigs show up too. The game teaches us how to handle animals in a playful way, but also how to take on responsibility. We sometimes have a lot to do, but we can’t forget about money, food, and sleep—just like in real life. That’s why the game deserves the TOMMI Award.
