2026 Games Awards
2nd place - Brixity (Chris O'Kelly / Devsisters)
Here’s what the kids’ jury had to say: “Brixity” took 2nd place at the TOMMI Awards because it’s just a ton of fun and puts you in a great mood. The graphics are sensational, and we had to get the hang of the system and show real dexterity to build houses, theaters, and gardens—and thus attract more and more people. We really love that you have to create oases, because nature is important to people. We even have to be really good at English because the game isn’t in German. There are in-app purchases and a link to Discord. We have to be careful with that.
Here’s what the expert jury has to say: Inthis 3D sandbox city-building game, the world doesn’t look so rosy anymore. The Earth has been severely devastated and is now being rebuilt by the so-called Pipos. The goal is to design your own city. The expansion options are diverse and can keep you hooked for hours. The cute graphics and charming humor are simply fantastic. Unfortunately, “Brixity” isn’t available in German, and in-app purchases are offered.
