“Sackboy: A Big Adventure” wins the TOMMI because it’s really, really fun. Sackboy has to defeat a villain named Vex who wants to destroy the world. The game is very challenging. We collect Dream Orbs, have to jump and grab onto things, but we can’t die. It stays exciting the whole time. That’s why good timing, patience, and cleverness are especially important. We also like that sometimes we can’t move forward unless we help each other.

The sinister Vex has kidnapped the Sacklings to exploit their creativity and imagination for his evil schemes. To stop him, players take on the role of Sackboy and set off on a journey through incredible worlds. The levels feature classic jumping sequences and obstacles, but are also full of creative ideas, such as trampolines, laser beams, and spinning wheels. There’s something new to discover everywhere, secrets to uncover, and you can interact with almost every object. A truly feel-good game!
