3rd place - Easy Elektro - Games (Kosmos) & My Really Real Puppy (Moose)

Here’s what the kids’ jury had to say: “Easy Elektro – Games” wins the TOMMI because it’s really fun to build circuits, and we learn a lot about electronics in the process. It takes a little while to understand everything, but the illustrated instructions explained everything clearly. You can generate sound waves, display numbers, or even build a propeller that actually spins. We were always thrilled when, after tinkering and building, it actually worked. It’s definitely fun to do with the family, too.

Here’s what the expert jury says: Brilliant! Everything about this high-quality experiment kit is greatly simplified: The pieces are large, colorfully labeled, and fit together perfectly—just like a puzzle or a building set. This turns fiddly work with small parts into a lot of fun. You can build your first circuits in no time, and it’s a great feeling when they finally work. Through experimentation and play, children naturally develop a basic understanding of electronics and become interested in the subject. It’s the perfect introduction to a world full of exciting and electrifying possibilities—not just for kids.

My Really Real Puppy (Moose)
Here’s what the kids’ jury had to say: “My Really Real Puppy” wins the TOMMI because it’s just TOO cute and we get to take care of our very own dog. It’s great to have such a beautiful, fluffy, cuddly dog that feels almost like a real one. We can pet and feed him or put him to bed. The sounds he makes are just as realistic as those of a real dog. He reacts to us and is lifelike. For a few hours, we had a cute dog. Woof!

Here’s what the expert jury says: Younger children, in particular, often have a strong desire to have a pet of their own. “My Really Real Puppy” isn’t a perfect substitute for a real pet, but it does offer a cuddly, cute, and interactive play experience that can be set aside and left unattended for a while. The toy puppy has soft fur and movable eyelids that make it seem lifelike. With over 60 sounds and reactions, the stuffed animal responds to being petted and fed. The dog comes with a carrying case that can be converted into a dog bed, as well as accessories such as an adoption certificate. It’s worth noting that the toy does not collect or exchange any digital data.
