The game “Sad Tiger Toasts Tomatoes” is a tongue-twister app for elementary school-aged children and is based on the book of the same name by Nadia Budde. The story centers on the sad tiger who toasts tomatoes. Hidden behind each tomato is a letter of the alphabet, and for each letter there’s a little game with alliterative rhymes. Here, kids can discover, create, or even put together poems. The illustrations are very funny, and once you’ve played through all the letters, the tiger is happy again. And so are we.
