iOS /Android: Mission X: Hidden Island (Carlsen)

Here’s what the expert jury had to say: It’s a text adventure that immediately draws you in: The reader takes on the role of a teenager in a reform school. At first, it’s unclear what he’s done. Not only does the gripping narrative—enhanced by atmospheric sound effects—captivate you, but the constant decisions the reader must make—which have a tangible impact on the story’s progression—draw you into the action and quickly make the protagonist’s adventure your own. Hidden Island is an interactive story unlike any other.
