2026 Games Awards
1st place - Flik Flak - The Adventure Of Time (Swatch AG/ Fox and sheep)
Here’s what the children’s jury had to say: “Flik Flak – The Adventure of Time” won first place at the TOMMI Awards because it’s a really great and fun way to teach younger children how to tell time. The app shows them how to tell the difference between morning, noon, afternoon, and evening. We had to find the missing pieces, insert numbers, jump over obstacles, and make sure not to touch them. We had to show we had quick reflexes. In “Flik Flak – The Adventure of Time,” playing and learning alternate nicely.
Here’s what the expert jury had to say: Flikand Flak are clock hands—but not just any clock hands—because they’re full of life and don’t just run smoothly; they also move in a straight line. In short platformer levels, children can choose to control either Flik or Flak through brief adventures that end with a small task and gradually introduce them to the structure and inner workings of a clock. Children are given an accessible and playful way to approach the topic of telling time and to learn all the relevant aspects step by step—while having fun.
