3rd place - All consoles: Skylanders Swap Force (Activision)

Here’s what the kids’ jury had to say: “Skylanders Swap Force” took third place at the TOMMI Awards because the game is just awesome and gives us a lot of freedom to play. When the land is under attack, the Skylanders have to come to the rescue, and the battles are a blast! Not only because there are so many realistic-looking characters with so many cool abilities, but also because you can now mix and match them to create new creatures with new possibilities. To get as far as possible, we have to keep trying out all kinds of combinations to take down our enemies. We also really like the exciting and funny story, the many tricky puzzles, and the awesome mini-games. Sometimes an action game like this is just what you need.
