2nd place - Lumi Gaming Drone (Wowwee)

Here’s what the kids’ jury has to say: “Lumi Gaming Drone” should win the TOMMI Award because we finally got to fly a real drone ourselves. Making things fly is just so much fun. Since it wasn’t always easy to do that inside the library, we mostly played outside in front of the door. The drone has funny propellers. It can also do some really cool tricks, and we felt the urge to keep playing until we’d mastered every single one. The backflip is super cool. We had to learn how to navigate with the app at first, but LUMI didn’t break even after a crash. Unfortunately, the battery runs out quickly. It could definitely use a few more tricks. Anyone who plays with the “Lumi Gaming Drone” is smiling the whole time.
