PLACE 3 - IOS & ANDROID: Fox on the Net (CLT Creative Learning Technologies)

2021 | Apps | Winners

Here’s what the kids’ jury has to say:
“Fuchs im Netz” wins the TOMMI because it teaches us how to use our cell phones responsibly. We like that, too, because it’s an important topic for everyday life. We have our own cell phones for chatting and finding our way around. The tasks are explained well, so we always know what to do. We also like the story about the alien fox. His rocket crashed, and we have to find the pieces. For that, we need sharp eyes. The graphics are awesome.

Here’s what the expert jury had to say: “
” This app provides children with key information on data protection. For example, it uses a playful approach to explain why a secure password is necessary and what makes a good password. The story is narrated by a fox from outer space who makes an emergency landing with a father and his son. The story and characters are written in a child-friendly way and beautifully illustrated. In addition, the transition between the story, mini-games, and informational content is well-executed and consistently informative and age-appropriate.

Note from jugendschutz.net: Very safe for children.
